Kolachki

Ingredients
125 g cream cheese Philadelphia
1 cup soft butter
2 cup flour
1 tsp liquid vanilla
jam
sugar for sprinkling

Method
Mix the feta cheese, the butter and vanilla. Gradually add the flour. Let the dough for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator to cool. Roll out chilled dough thinly and cut into squares. In the middle of each square put 1 tsp jam, turn and sprinkle with sugar. Place in a baking dish and bake at a distance of 180 C for 30-35 minutes.

Yes here make Polish confectionery shops like, only that they put some cheese inside. As you make them say what exactly cheese make them? I do not work anywhere, stay in your home and watch the children.
