Kopancheta Arabic

Ingredients
4 chicken drumstick
80 g of ground sesame
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp cognac
3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 red peppers
300 g potatoes
10 pitted olives
100 ml cream
1/2 bunch parsley
seasoning for chicken
Method
The oil, cognac and sesame stir and legs are coated and leave for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Cut all the vegetables and parsley. In fireproof pan rank kopanchetata around them vegetables and olives, sprinkle with seasoning for chicken and pour a little water, bake 1 hour in preheated oven, remove, pour with cream and sprinkle with parsley and leave 4 5 minutes more in the oven.
