Lamb roll Mosaic

Ingredients
1 kg lamb (from groin)
100 g carrots
2-3 bunches of spring onions
200 g mushrooms
100 g cheese
1-2 cloves garlic
125 g butter
mint
salt
white pepper
2-3 eggs
parsley
200 g prunes
Method
The meat is hammered, shaped in a thin layer and flavored with spices. Prepare a stuffing of all products, previously boiled eggs and all products are cut into small pieces. Spread the filling evenly over the meat, rolls up the roll and tied with thread. Bake in a moderate oven. In a bowl mix salt, white pepper, vegeta and olive oil and periodically during baking spreadable meat. Serve with cream sauce and sprinkled with parsley.

And can you bake the meat with the mixture from the bowl to cover with foil, and finally it can be removed to seal?

The name of the roll is Mosaic and on spices can, why not
