Layered cake of minced meat

Ingredients
# For the bases:
1 kg minced meat
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
parsley
# For the filling:
1 sausage (bacon or ham)
2 tomatoes
3-4 not large peppers
mushrooms
breadcrumbs
salo decoration

Method
Kneading is minced meat, eggs, bread (izkisnat before) and chopped parsley. Stew tomatoes, peppers, sausage and mushrooms. In the circular queue: a layer of minced meat, a layer of stewed products. Should start and end with a layer of mince. On top sprinkle with breadcrumbs. By salo cut into thin slices to form a spiral, which decorate the cake. Bake at 200 C for about 45 minutes. When ready to embellishes and garnish to taste.

Well done, very original and will surely try. I think that will happen in the baking pan cake?

I did it, and it in the baking pan of cake, I deleted and let you easily go out. Really became quite spectacular and especially tasty stewed red peppers and delivered very fresh look.

I instead of bread crumbs to sprinkle grated cheese.
