Ingredients
8 chicken legs
500 ml chicken broth
20 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
lemon 1
2 tbsp flour
100 ml white wine
2 tbsp fresh basil or parsley
salt
pepper
Method
