Ingredients
          500 g plucks
          2 onions
          1 carrot
          1 cup Rice
          3-4 tomatoes
          salt
          pepper
          fresh parsley
              Method
              Chop the carrot and sauté, add chopped plucks, then - rice. Season with salt and pepper, make up water (as you take rice), stir and leave to stand. Then pour in the pan, top rank sliced tomatoes and lightly bake in the oven. Once pulled sprinkle with chopped parsley.
