Marinated fillets with sauce and Dijon mustard

Ingredients
300 g pork or chicken
5-6 tbsp soy sauce
a pinch of black pepper and cumin, 1 tsp paprika
3 large tomatoes
2 onions, 1 tbsp curry , 1/2 tsp nutmeg
# For the sauce:
250 g yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 sprig of dill

Method
The meat is cut into eight relatively equal size fillets let stand 12 hours (or one night) in a marinade made from soy sauce, red and black pepper, cumin. Bake a BBQ and a half minutes on each side to remain juicy. Tomatoes are cut 12 washers with a thickness of 1 cm, which also bake BBQ (for about 2 minutes on each side). Chop finely, mix curry powder, nutmeg and put in microwave for 10 minutes at maximum power. Prepare and sauce - mix yogurt, Dijon mustard, chopped dill. Mix well. In each plate put a little of the sauce and cover with: onion, tomato, fillet, tomato again, fillet, tomato, onion and finally the sauce. * The products are for 4 servings.
