Marmalade grape

Ingredients
white and black grapes
Method
Ripe, even overripe black and white grapes are washed and cleaned of stems. Boil to cracking nipples. Allow it to cool, and triturated through a sieve to remove the skins and seeds. The resulting pulps boil effuse court over high heat stirring continuously, until there is 1/3 of the original amount. The finished jam is still hot pour into dry containers.
