Meat parsnips

1 kg pork (maybe other meat)
500 g parsnips
1 onion
1/2 tsp thyme
sunflower oil
salt and pepper
1 tbsp flour

Cut the meat into chunks and put in preheated oil prior to red. Add chopped onion and continue frying. Peel the parsnips, cut into crescents, add in meat and also pozaparzhva.
