Meatballs in Milan

Ingredients
400 g of beef
200 g chicken
50 g sausage
2 eggs
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp grated cheese
salt
4 tbsp cream
sunflower oil
herbs
nutmeg
black pepper
Method
Both types of meat is finely ground three times. Add the chopped sausage, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg. It is well kneaded and shaped meatballs as nutmeg. Fry until golden in sunflower oil. Remove the fat and almost all are flooded with cream, boil for a while 10-something minutes and serve sprinkled with green spices.
