Mexican buns (Tortilas)

Ingredients
200 g flour
200 g cornmeal
1 tsp (5 g) salt
3 tbsp lard

Method
Flour sifted with salt, add the oil, stir and add gradually 3/4 cup (150 ml) hot water. From the paste buns are made with a diameter of about 12 cm. Bake in not oiled preheated pan from one side 3 minutes and 2 minutes on the other. Serve warm with stuffing meat, roast BBQ, stewed minced meat with onion, tomato paste, salt, pepper and parsley, fried babrecheta or liver and others. Separately served spicy chili sauce or sauce and roast salad of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.

Typical tortilas are made from corn flour. They are flat as pancakes. If you bake them longer, chips are great.
