Mish-mash with green onions

Ingredients
10-12 peppers
300 ml strained tomatoes
4 eggs
5-6 green onions
1/2 bunch parsley
salt, pepper

Method
Green onion stew in 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil. Add chopped peppers and cook until lightly browned. Make up the tomatoes and sauté until fat. Tap to top egg, lightly stir and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with fresh feta cheese or Печени triangles of cheese .

Bravo, Elena! Very tasty sounds and looks very fresh, which is not always the case with scrambled dishes!

In general, do a mash-up-and without onions, but this recipe definitely I liked, and the pictures are great! Bravo Eli :)
