Ingredients
50 ml light rum
6-7 quarters of lime
4-5 mint leaves
2 tsp brown sugar
250 ml cold sparkling water
Ice
sugar syrup

Method
Mash lime, mint and sugar in the bottom of a tall glass, fill with crushed ice, add rum. Mix well and add a little of the syrup to taste. Top with soda. Garnish with mint leaves. Mojito is a traditional Cuban cocktail.
