Moussaka with eggplant

Ingredients
750 g of beef
5 eggplants
20 g lard
4 onions
1 egg
2 tbsp cream
2-3 tomatoes
tomato paste
sunflower oil
pepper
salt
breadcrumbs
Method
Washed and unpeeled eggplant cut into rings 1 cm thick or scalded with boiling water and drain. Each piece fry on both sides in the heated sunflower oil. The meat is ground and added to the finely chopped and fried in lard onion and fry. The mixture was allowed to cool, added to the egg, cream, pepper, salt and mix. In greased with lard and sprinkled with breadcrumbs pan placed order eggplant, meat row, the last row of eggplants. Pour tomato puree, fuzzy with 2 tbsp (20 ml) of water, place chopped tomatoes rings and bake.
