Moussaka pork with leeks

Ingredients
750 g minced meat pork
1 onion
1 cup fat
1 tsp paprika
10-12 leeks
salt
pepper
# TOPPING:
2 eggs
200 g yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Method
Fry the minced meat lean pork meat with chopped head onion in 1/2 cup fat. Add salt to taste and add 1 tsp paprika. Separately in 1/2 cup fat cook 10-12 finely chopped leeks. Salt leeks and sprinkle with crushed pepper. Spread in pan half leeks and put it on an even layer meat, and on top spread other leeks. Put it in a moderate oven for 20 minutes. Remove and pour the topping. Back to pozapeche for another 10-15 minutes.
