Muffins with pesto

Ingredients
200 g flour
20 g feta cheese pecorino or parmesan
10 g baking powder
200 ml milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
80 g pesto
1/2 tsp salt
150 g feta cheese of your choice (I put Emmental)

Method
Flour mixed with baking powder and two types of cheese (second - diced). In another bowl mix the milk, eggs, olive oil, pesto and salt. The two mixtures were combined and mixed well. Fill forms for muffins to 2/3 of their capacity. Bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees, about 1/2 hour.

I made them with oregano pesto, but happens with basil.

Okay, all right :) Thanks for the recipe, became very aromatic and delicious muffins. The cheese was my choice whether cheddar and because I put more (eye I measured it) or because it cut into large cubes and me out of the places of the muffins, but no one complains :)
