Ingredients
12 chicken breasts
# For the marinade:
75 ml clear vinegar
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp ginger paste or a little fresh ground
salt
cayenne pepper
# For the filling:
1 large boiled potato
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp dill
1 tsp curry
1 tsp coriander
remaining marinade
Method
Chicken breast marinated 1 hour in vinegar, garlic, ginger and salt to taste. Drained, crushed like a fillet. Prepare stuffing as pass a potato and mixed with tomato paste, cream, spices and the rest of the marinade. In the middle of the fillet is put on the prepared mixture. Wound on a roll, wrap up in foil and bake 30 minutes in a hot oven. Serve immediately.
