New Year's specialty

Ingredients
800 g beef fillet

4 slices of white bread
2 eggs

1 kg potatoes

2 cup (400 ml) milk

2 carrots
2 onions

Method
Fillet cut into 4 pieces like slices of bread, add salt is sprinkled with pepper and crushed cumin and leave in a cool place for several hours.
