Octopus with tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 kg octopus
5 tomatoes
1 onion
sunflower oil
pepper
salt
bay leaf
Method
Wash thoroughly octopus, cut them into pieces and put them in a hot pan, without to pour sunflower oil. Take leave until the liquid that are released, and we remove from the heat. Fry the chopped onions with sunflower oil to yellowing, add peeled and grated tomatoes and leave them to boil for about 5 minutes. Then add the octopus and boil on low heat.
