Oil snails

Ingredients
1/3 cup pork lard
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup k. milk
1/2 tsp baking
flour for soft dough
sweet spreads
chopped walnuts for sprinkling
powdered sugar for rolling
Method
The lard is melted. Add the oil, kiselto milk reconstituted soda and flour. Blended into a soft dough. Divide into 3 balls. Each ball is rolled into a rectangle and each smear with jam and sprinkle with walnuts. Wound on a roll. Cut diagonally into slices. Arranged in a buttered pan. Bake at 180 C. More hot pressed into a powdered sugar.
