For this recipe I do every year cake for Christmas Eve, however, put 1c. l. salt and sift the flour in advance. Since I work with dry yeast, do not activate advance. Mix 800 grams of flour with the dry ingredients, do well and put it in liquid. Stirring, kneading as add rest of flour until the dough is sticky stop and leave to rise for about an hour - and then work down the heat. It really delicious, high and soft bread.

Thanks for the comment zllate! Cake really becomes very high and is delicious!
