Pita with peppers and bacon

Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry (about 300 g)
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
100 g bacon
100 g cheese
150 g cooking cream

Method
Spread half sheet of puff pastry the other half remains outside the tray, but it is not cut. Stuffing is prepared as chopped peppers and bacon fry in 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to a medium level around 10 minutes stirring. Add cream and keep the stove for 5 minutes. Once remove from heat add the grated cheese and mix. Pour the mixture and enfold a half sheet of puff pastry, with folded edges. Make minor cuts and optional mazhem with yolk. Bake at 180C degrees for about 20 minutes. * For pan 30h20 cm.
