Pizza with cream, mushrooms and melted cheese

Ingredients
# For the dough:
300 g finely sifted flour
250 g butter
4-5 tbsp ice water
# For the filling:
1 tbsp butter
mushrooms
1 onion
300 g cherry tomatoes
175 g processed cheese
1 sprig of basil
150 ml cream
100 ml milk
3 eggs
Method
Mix the flour in a deep bowl with a pinch of salt. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the flour. Gently stir the mixture, then add cold water. Knead quickly and leave for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator. Roll out the dough and place in a pan with a diameter of 30 cm. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 220 C. The dough sprinkle with spices. Bake 5-10 minutes and reduce to 190 C. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms and chopped onion until tender. Spread them over the dough. Add the peeled tomatoes, the feta cheese and basil. Beat the cream and mix it with milk and eggs. Pour the mixture over the pizza. Bake for 25 minutes.
