Pizza with seafood

Ingredients
3 cups flour
egg 1
10 g of dry yeast
100 ml milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
300 g feta cheese Mozzarella
500 g seafood (frozen)
5 tbsp thick tomato sauce
1 tsp basil (dry)
1 tsp pressed garlic

Method
Yeast and Sugar is dissolved in 50 ml warm water. Egg mix with milk, add effervescent yeast, salt, 3 tbsp olive oil and mix. In a bowl put the flour and the pit is made in which the liquid mixture is poured. Kneads dough and cover with a towel. The dough is left to rise in a warm place until doubled in volume. Seafood Boil in salted water and leave to drain. The dough is rolled into a thin crust, which is smeared with tomato sauce, mixed with 1 tsp olive oil, basil and garlic. Arrange the mozzarella and seafood (optional sprinkle with fresh basil) and bake in very hot oven.
