Pork klopanitsa

Ingredients
250 g pork
50 ml sunflower oil
100 g leek
100 g onion
100 g red onion
1 clove garlic
salt
a pinch savory, paprika and pepper
fresh parsley
40 ml red wine
Method
Cut the meat into chunks and fry in the oil until almost. Three types of onions cut into large washers and sequentially added to the meat. Allow to choke and put garlic. Pour the wine, sprinkle with salt, red and black pepper and savory. Simmer for 1-2 minutes and pour into a bowl, slightly pressed. Attention is in a dish and sprinkle with parsley.
