Ingredients
1 kg pork
1 kg potatoes
1 large onion
100 g olives
2 roasted peppers
2 bay leaves
oregano
salt
sunflower oil
paprika
300- 400 g of tomato jar
Method
In sunflower oil fry the meat for 5 minutes without stirring, then add the onion, then red pepper and fry it and finally hot water to cover the meat. Allow to simmer. Cut the potatoes sliced and added to meat with olives and peppers cut into chunks. Add more water to cover the potatoes, spices and smashed tomatoes. Boil until cooked potatoes.
