Potato-carrot soup - II type

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
1 bunch carrots
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tsp flour
1 liter vegetable broth
1 bunch parsley
4 raw sausage
2 tbsp butter
100 ml cream
pepper, salt
Method
Peel and clear the potatoes and carrots. Cut potatoes into cubes and carrots - circles. Heating up in a large saucepan the oil. Choke it potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle with flour, mix broth, cover and cook 25 minutes. Chopped parsley. Peel the sausages and mix with half the parsley and a little pepper. getting hot cow butter in a Teflon pan. Of minced meat make small meatballs and fry them anywhere in the butter until golden. Add the cream to the soup and boil. Put meatballs in the soup and cook for 5 minutes - to their cooking. Season with salt, pepper and add the remaining parsley.
