Pumpkin buns

Ingredients
2 cups (500 g) of cooked mashed pumpkin
2 eggs
2 cup (400 ml) milk
3/4 cup (150 g) flour
1/3 tsp (2 g) baking soda
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
2 tbsp (50 g) butter
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
1/2 tsp (3 g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
Method
Sift the flour 2 times along with the salt, baking soda and baking powder. Pumpkin puree to add the beaten eggs, sugar, milk and little by little sifted flour. From the resulting dough is thin buns, which are fried on both sides in a pan greased with butter. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or flights with fruit syrup.
