Puree raw peppers and tomatoes with cheese
2 (100 g) peppers
1 (60 g) tomatoes
1/4 cup (50 g) feta cheese (cottage cheese)
After washing the peppers are cleaned of seed and ground together with tomatoes. To the resulting puree add the grated feta cheese or the cottage cheese. The mixture is stirred well and put on a slice of bread with butter.
