Rice with lentils
1 cup green lentils (may brown)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cup brown rice (maybe normal, long grain)
salt, black and white pepper, cumin

Gets cooked lentils for about 20 minutes. Heat olive oil in it finely chopped onion fry until browned. Add rice and spices and fry for another 2 minutes. Add strained lentils and 4 and 1/2 cup boiling water. Boil on low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, but the dish remains sandwiching for another 15 minutes.
