Method
Peppers (red, green or mixed) are cleared from seed, washed, baked, peel and cut for salad. Washed tomatoes are baked in a pan in the oven and then cleared from the flakes and the solid portion around the handle and cut into pieces. Mixed with peppers, add chopped parsley and salt to taste. Poured into jars and sterilized 20-25 minutes. In addition to meals can also be used for the preparation of a mash-up, or salad - adding sunflower oil and onions.

Now I saw this recipe. Every year we make roasted peppers and tomatoes so very very tasty. Always have on hand almost finished eating.
