Salad cooked by steaming fish

Ingredients
500 g fillet of fresh fish
350 g potatoes
100 g green olives
3 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
salt
Method
Fillets fish cooked in an ordinary pot fitted with a grille steaming. The pan is salted with 1 tsp salt. Fish boil for 10-15 minutes. The cooked fish is cut into cubes once cool. Cook potatoes in a saucepan with salted water. Then cut into cubes. Fish and potatoes are mixed in a deep bowl. Green olives cut into rings. In a suitable container is squeezed the juice of one lemon, add olive oil and salt. Stir with a whisk to eggs or blender. With the finished sauce pour salad, stir and leave in a cool place for about an hour before serving.
