Salad with fried eggs
Ingredients
H eggs
30 g butter
2 carrots
1/2 onion
2 tomatoes
gherkins
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
mint
parsley
marjoram
pepper
salt
Method
Eggs are broken with salt, pepper, chopped herbs and the resulting mixture fry in butter. Once cool, the products are cut into small cubes, mix with chopped grated carrot grater, finely chopped onion, arranged in the salad and decorate with pieces of tomato and cucumber.
