Ingredients
500 g shrimp
200 g tomatoes
50 g red onion (salad)
6 g of salt
30 g parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
30 g celery
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Washed shrimp are cooked in vegetable broth, then cleaned. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the onion rings. Mix the shrimp with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Salad add salt and pour vegetable oil and lemon juice.
