Ingredients
3 pieces of smoked mackerel
lemon
30 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp chopped dill
1 tbsp cream
3 pickles
Method
Fish is skinned, cleaned of spinal and smaller bones and cut into julienne. Pour sauce of lemon juice, cream, the oil, mustard and dill. Serve garnished with pickles.
