Method
In a wide pan pad the baking paper. Spread one sheet of puff pastry - without it grindstone or squeezing. On it arrange half ham, then cheese, cut into thin slices and top half ham. Watch from all over to your left space around one finger. Turn to the other sheet puff pastry. With fingers shape ledge at the edges of the sandwich by gently bending them into shape and more beautiful appearance. Then with a sharp knife and gently without squeezing make cuts in the form of rhomboids only the upper sheet. Beat the egg and brush it with the sandwich. Bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool a little and cut and serve. * More convenient would be if you use puff pastry cut into rectangles - sold in boxes of 6, it is 400 years Singles make sandwiches in two variants or make them as described above with two leaves, or half a sheet put ham, cheese, ham and bending it back and shape the ends and edges of both.
