Ingredients
150 g cheese
1 and 1/2 cup flour
80 g butter
4 tbsp milk
zest of 1 small lemon
salt

Method
The cheese and the butter is grated and mixed. Add salt, milk and lemon zest and stir again carefully. Finally, put all the flour and mix smooth and elastic dough. Rolled sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut into thin strips, which are formed by wicks. Arrange on baking paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180C degrees until golden. * Optional can add spices for a spicy taste. * Obtained 40-50
