Scrambled eggs with pork liver

Ingredients
1 onion
30 g butter
300 g pork liver
4 eggs
2 tomatoes
2 sprigs parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Chop and together with the butter put without capped, for 1 minute at 600 Deut. The liver is washed, dried and cut into small pieces. Is added, capped and held 2 min at 600 Deut. Mix well. Pour in beaten with salt and pepper eggs. Behaves without capped, 4 minutes at 600 W, stirring a few times. Serve garnished with chopped tomatoes and parsley and served with French bread or cooked rice.
