Shrimp with garlic

Ingredients
12 large unpeeled shrimp (about 700 g)
1 head of garlic
1 bunch parsley
salt, pepper
3 tbsp olive oil

Method
Halve shrimp with shell length to tail, which leaves the whole. Remove dark red shrimp are washed and dried. Cloves garlic crushed, so to burst. Leaves of parsley cut in large pieces. Shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper. In a large skillet heat olive oil, fried shrimp and garlic for about 10 minutes over high heat, turning once. Remove and sprinkle with parsley. Delicious and hot and cold.

I have not tried until now to put their parsley. I roast them on the grill pan with a little olive oil objectives, 3-4 cloves of garlic. They have finished them flavor with pepper and salt, pour with lemon and served with a sweet chili sauce.
