Souffle of cheese and ham

Ingredients
500 ml milk
6 yolks
200 g ham
150 g grated cheese
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
pepper, salt
Method
Fry 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp butter, diluted with 500 ml milk, add salt to taste and tampering with pepper. We remove the sauce from the heat, leave to cool down and add 6 egg yolks, well beaten in advance, 200 g finely chopped ham, 150 g grated cheese and finally egg whites broken by thick snow. Pour into greased with butter glass container, sprinkle top with grated cheese and bake in moderate oven.
