Soup with seaweed in Korean

Ingredients
100-120 g of dried seaweed
1.5 l fish or beef bouillon
1 bunch green onions
1 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
1 clove garlic
175 g lean veal
soy sauce
fried sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method
To cut easily the meat put on half an hour in the freezer. Algae are soaked in water for at least 1/2 hour. Drained of water and cut into strips, meat - too. In a saucepan pour the broth, add chopped onion and bring to the boil. Separately, heat the oil, add the garlic and beef and fry, stirring them about 2 minutes. Add to the broth along with algae. Finally add the soy sauce. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
