Spicy Corn sponge cakecheta

Ingredients
180 g cornmeal
100 g white flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
60 g butter or margarine for baking
1 egg
250 g yogurt
1/2 bunch parsley (without handles)
1 red pepper
100 g corn (from box or frozen)

Method
Mix both types of flour with baking powder and salt and leave aside. In bowl, beat the butter until creamy and add the egg and milk. Chopped parsley, pepper and onion and corn with them add in the milk mixture. Mix and gradually add flour mixture. Mix until a smooth mixture. Greased with butter form for baking muffins or shapes custard (maybe from foil). 2/3 refill them with the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Subtract them, leave to cool and then we take them out of shape. If you do not like corn, can replace it with finely chopped ham (skinless sausage) and tomato (seedless). For 10-12 cupcakes.

I will try but instead will put corn olives and chili pepper and without egg will fail recipe of strict fasting We've declared war on cholesterol.

I do not know what the egg to replace it, comes to mind I make a cake without eggs which becomes very fluffy and its base is yogurt. Well try added 50 g pickled. milk and put in the total milk 1/2 tsp soda, anything that is in flour baking powder.
