Sponge cake Hristinka

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
6 tbsp water
3/4 cup sunflower oil
vanilla
pinch of salt

Method
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat hard snow (with a pinch of salt), gradually add the sugar. Then there was added water, egg yolks - one at a time, the oil, flour and vanilla (this happens while stirring with a mixer at a low level). So pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake form with a diameter of 23 cm. Bake in a preheated 180C degrees oven until ready.
