Spring legs

Ingredients
600 g small carrots
2 green onions
2 cloves garlic
4 sprigs Tharos (tarragon)
1 bunch magdnoz
4 sprigs of marjoram
4 chicken legs
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream
400 ml chicken broth
salt, pepper
200 ml white wine
Method
Cut green onion in large pieces. Carrots cut length of four. Finely chopped garlic and green herbs. Fry legs. Remove and season with salt and pepper. You steam the vegetables and pour in the pan, put the top thighs. Pour the wine and broth. Bake in a hot oven until they are ready to put the cream and gently stir.
