Ingredients
1 (1,2 kg) chicken
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
6 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
3-4 heads (200 g) onions
1 ( 50 g) green peppers
3-4 (200 g) tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
salt
Method
Chicken is cleaned and washed, cut into pieces and fry in fat together with sliced ​​onions. Add the flour and fry. Then put the red pepper and pour water. As a boil meat, add chopped peppers and peeled and quartered tomatoes. Dish add salt and leave to simmer. Before removing it from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley.
