Ingredients
1 (1,2 kg) chicken
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
6 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
3-4 heads (200 g) onions
1 ( 50 g) green peppers
3-4 (200 g) tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
salt
Method
Chicken is cleaned and washed, cut into pieces and fry in fat together with sliced onions. Add the flour and fry. Then put the red pepper and pour water. As a boil meat, add chopped peppers and peeled and quartered tomatoes. Dish add salt and leave to simmer. Before removing it from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley.
