Stew with mushrooms

Ingredients
800 g of meat (pork or chicken)
500 g mushrooms
2 onions
4 tbsp sunflower oil
60 g butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp vinegar
salt
pepper
Method
Mushrooms are cooked. Boned meat, cut into cubes and fry in the oil. Add chopped onion and stew 5 minutes, then sprinkle with flour and mixed with tomato paste and drained mushrooms. Pour a little of fungus broth and the butter, add salt and pepper and dovaryava on low heat.
