Stewed beef with red wine

Ingredients
1.2 kg beef
50 g ham
50 g salo
1 onion
2-3 cup dry red wine
3-4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup meat broth
1 tbsp mustard
vinegar
red pepper, salt

Method
The meat is hammered and placed in a pot on the bottom of which is a complex chopped onion and pieces of ham on it and salo, carrots, salt, pepper.
