Stuffed zucchini

Ingredients
1 thick zucchini
90 g butter
200 g cream
50 g feta cheese
salt
2 eggs
3 slices white bread
200 g mushrooms
50 g butter
milk
pepper
tarragon
salt
Method
Diced slices of bread soaked in milk, a little add the beaten eggs, 50 g melted butter, chopped and stewed mushrooms, spices, salt and stir gently. Peeled zucchini is cut into two halves, carving is the core, add salt, add the described stuffing, place in baking pan, sprinkle with remaining butter and heated grated feta cheese, pour with cream and bake about 30 minutes.
