Ingredients
500 g butter
500 g sugar
500 g flour
10 eggs
70 g ground almonds
vanilla pod
50 ml rum

Method
The butter melts over a slow fire. Eggs with sugar until white set is broken. Add flour all at once and stir quickly with a spoon. Add the rum, vanilla seeds and ground almonds. Finally was added and melted butter and mix well. Of conical wooden skewer is wound aluminum foil and attached to a skewer (grill) that rotates. Shisha is approaching as close to the fire. Ignite a very hot fire. Spoon smeared the entire surface of dough with spit and spit rotates while bake the first layer of dough. Repeat the same procedure until finished dough (under spit placed fireproof container to fall inside everything drips). When the last layer is back off the spit roast by the fire and let it cool. Remove the cake from the spit and cut into thin koleleltsa. This cake is difficult to prepare because you need to have a fireplace or fire.
