Turkey with walnuts

Ingredients
1 turkey
400 g veal liver
100 g butter
1/2 cup milk
100 g of white bread
400 g walnuts or cooked chestnuts
2 eggs
Method
Cut the liver into pieces and fry in butter. Grind it with bread soaked in milk. Kernels pour boiling water, peel of the skin and crushed. Add liver with bread, eggs and remaining milk. Nice mix and fill the turkey. Sew the opening, smear with butter, cover with oil and fsunflower bake in the oven. Garnish optional.
